Bloating Ibs
How do you stop bloating? IBS? or is this merely fat?
I’m a teen and I have well toned arms and legs.
My face is a bit chubby but it’s baby fat.
However what I’m not satisfied is, my stomach.
When i was a young girl, I used to have a rock hard stomach and slightly visible abs, so you could tell I’m born with a muscular figure but when i went through puberty, my stomach bloats out.
It’s not fat and I’m sure because whenever i exhale and contract my muscles, i can’t feel fat when i pinch it. I don’t have fat around my stomach except for the front part where instead of making my stomach/waist flabbier/wider, it bolts frontwards. This is really annoying when i wear sleeveless or body hugging tops.
Any suggestions anyone?
As fiber plays an important role in the diet for controlling irritable bowel syndrome, ensure you consume about 20-35 grams daily. When you keep a record of the food consumed, you can determine the actual amount of fiber consumed. Though certain high fiber cereals should be avoided if you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea, do not shun it completely. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and sodas as they can worsen diarrhea and hamper digestive processes. This leads to bloating and constipation. Do not eat chocolate and fructose. Fructose is present in fruits, fruit juices and many processed foods. Read the labels carefully to detect the presence of fructose in the foods that you eat frequently. Do not avoid all fruits from your diet, as they are essential for good health. Just reduce your intake of very sweet fruits, as they are high in fructose. Eat yogurt, as it is rich in probiotics that develops a healthy balance between the good and bad bacteria in the intestines.
